Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and for 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby-red color, with some tile reflexes on the rim.
Intense aromas of cherry and red fruit, flowers and forest floor, assembled with the spices and balsamics from the French barrel.
Tasty, full-bodied wine with a muscular finish marked by nice acidity and the spicy aromas.

Food Pairing:
Grilled chops, game meats, Rioja potatoes, Idiazabal cheese.

Best served at: 16 – 18º C.
Decanting or letting the wine breathe before serving is recommended.
Good aging potential in the bottle.
