Intense aromas of cherry and red fruit, flowers and forest floor, assembled with the spices and balsamics from the French barrel.
Tasty, full-bodied wine with a muscular finish marked by nice acidity and the spicy aromas.
Grilled chops, game meats, Rioja potatoes, Idiazabal cheese.
Best served at: 16 – 18º C.
Decanting or letting the wine breathe before serving is recommended.
